Administrative Assistant (Malayalee/Egyptian)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As a Malayalee or Egyptian administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining filing systems and databases
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with document preparation and proofreading
- Conducting research and compiling reports as needed
- Managing office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic (depending on nationality)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
