Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling incoming calls and emails.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and orders
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and correspondence
- Maintain updated filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff
- Organize and schedule company events
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners) is a plus
