Loader Supervisor


We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Loader Supervisor to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of loaders to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods onto trucks
- Assign duties and monitor performance of loaders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Ensure all goods are properly secured and loaded according to weight distribution guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with warehouse staff regarding any shortages or damages
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including weight, destination, and time of departure
- Enforce safety regulations and address any safety concerns or violations immediately

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Biometric passport required for travel within the country
- Prior experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Salary: 1400$ per month

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. The work schedule may include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Accommodation is not provided.
