Cashier for Supermarket in Al-Rayyan
We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at a busy supermarket located in Al-Rayyan. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions with customers, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout counter
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales items
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and orderly
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling money
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This job is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
Accommodation:
This is a full-time job without accommodation provided. The successful candidate will need to make their own living arrangements.
