Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in the city of El-Ain. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Your role will involve planning and scheduling project timelines, budgeting and cost control, managing resources and materials, negotiating contracts, and providing regular progress reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in construction management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. You must possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Oversee budgeting and cost control

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors
