Part-Time Sales Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman


We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry, looking for a dynamic and driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat. As a part-time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue. This position is suitable for men who are able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets
- Train and develop new sales staff on product knowledge, customer service and sales techniques
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
