Requirements:
• Experience and knowledge:
- 2+ years of work experience in sales or partner network management.
- Knowledge of the regional market and logistics sector.
• Personal qualities:

- Ability to develop and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting and training agents.
• Setting tasks and monitoring KPI implementation.
• Analysis of regional performance results and reports to the Head of Sales Department.
• Identification of new opportunities for attracting clients.
