We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Jizan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and upholding high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create employee schedules and oversee payroll
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to feedback and addressing any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Set sales targets and monitor financial performance to achieve profitability goals
- Create and implement standard operating procedures for all aspects of the restaurant's operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role (preferably in the food industry)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
