Restaurant Manager



We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy establishment in Jizan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service, maintain high food quality standards, and ensure overall restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and budget management.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor financial transactions and report on financial performance to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations, restaurant operations, budget management, and employee supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Salary:
1600$ per month + benefits (housing allowance, medical insurance, paid vacation).
