Electrician - Maintenance and Repair Technician


We are hiring an experienced Electrician to join our team as a Maintenance and Repair Technician. Our company specializes in providing maintenance and repair services for electrical systems in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with experience in performing various electrical tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safe operation of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot and identify electrical issues
- Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Electrician or similar role
- Proven knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
- Familiarity with national and local electrical codes
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
- Physically fit to perform job duties including lifting heavy objects and working at heights if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Ajman. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates.

Experience Required:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Electrician or similar role.

Education Required:
No formal education is required for this position. However, candidates with vocational training or certification in Electrical work will be given preference.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred.

Other Requirements:
This position requires physical fitness to perform job duties including lifting heavy objects and working at heights if necessary. Candidates must also be able to work in a team environment and have good communication skills.
