Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This position does not include accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules and delegating tasks to administrative staff
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency
- Train new administrative staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (preferred)
