Carpenter - Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no English language requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine materials required and dimensions of structure or fixture to be constructed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using carpentry tools
- Build cabinets, counters, shelves, desks, doors, and other wooden objects
- Follow safety procedures when working with power tools and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, drills etc.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively with others on the team

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1200$ per month.

This position is located in Al-Rayyan City in Qatar.
