Executive Chef

We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at our luxury resort in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a creative flair for creating unique and delicious dishes. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and supervising the kitchen staff. You must have a strong knowledge of international cuisine and be able to develop new menu items to keep up with current food trends. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are essential for this role. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
