Head Baker
We are a busy bakery in Doha seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled baker with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking process, from food preparation to final product quality. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of bakers, ensuring that our high standards are met and maintained. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. This position is open to Egyptian nationals with a valid work permit and accommodation will not be provided.
