Sales Manager for Malayalees in Ar Rumaythiyah


We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth within the Malayalee community. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share within the Malayalee community
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Train and mentor new sales representatives
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the Malayalee community
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
- Fluent in Malayalam, knowledge of English is an advantage

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
