We are hiring a seasonal Executive Chef to join our team in Jeddah. This position is ideal for Indian or Malayalee workers who are fluent in English and have experience in the culinary industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating and executing menu items, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently served.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menu items based on seasonal ingredients
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are met
- Oversee inventory and ordering of necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu ideas and promotions
Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly with Indian/Malayalee workers
- Strong knowledge of Indian/Malayalee cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal demand
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
Salary: $1200/month
