Long Haul Truck Driver

A trucking company in Medina is seeking a Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across long distances, often traveling across state or international borders. This position requires a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and the ability to operate large trucks and trailers. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maneuver large trucks and trailers on highways, city streets, and rural roads
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues before and after trips
- Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Communicate with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times
- Maintain cleanliness of truck interior and exterior
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass background check and drug test

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per week.
