Handyman



As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our company's properties located in Dubai. This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1500$. We are looking for an English-speaking candidate who is also fluent in Malayalam to join our team. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues or repairs needed.
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Communicate with property managers to address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure all safety standards are met when working on properties.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malayalam.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate emergency repairs if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Dubai.
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools.

Working Conditions:
This position requires you to work on various properties located in Dubai. You may be required to work outside during different weather conditions. The schedule may vary depending on the needs of the company.
