We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a barista and be knowledgeable about different brewing methods, coffee blends, and latte art.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer requests
- Ensure quality control of all drinks, including proper temperature, taste, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions they may have
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food items
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep track of inventory levels for supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
- Train new baristas on drink preparation methods and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable about different brewing techniques (e.g. pour over, French press) and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport required

Salary:
Starting salary is $1700 per month with the potential for growth based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided.
