Barista Trainee
As a Barista Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the art of coffee making. This is a seasonal job open to freshers who have a passion for coffee and want to kickstart their career as a barista. You will be trained by our experienced baristas in all aspects of coffee preparation, customer service, and cafe operations. This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1200$ per month in the city of Muharraq.

Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow recipes for various coffee drinks
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving customers with a friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, roasts, and origins
- Understand food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
