Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant in Lusail, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing files and documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Greeting visitors and directing them to their designated meeting areas
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking meeting minutes when necessary
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory levels
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and payments
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: $1300 per month
