Courier Supervisor



We are in search of a dedicated and organized Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier operations in Medina, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the courier industry and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily courier routes and schedules
- Train and supervise a team of couriers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Monitor delivery times and track packages to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and inventory
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new couriers as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the courier industry as a supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with navigation systems and route planning software
- Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
