Office Assistant (English speaking)
We are a reputable company in Sharjah seeking a competent and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Indian nationality is preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$. Candidates must have their own visa to be considered for this role.
As an Office Assistant, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. You must also have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
