Administrative Assistant - Indian Nationals
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our English-speaking team. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining office supplies.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Additionally, you should have strong time-management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Answer phone calls and redirect them appropriately
- Draft correspondence and email responses on behalf of team members
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles will be considered a plus
Salary: 1800$ per month
