Administrative Assistant for Dukhan Office
We are in need of an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with various tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
-Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
-Organize and schedule appointments for the management team
-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
-Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail
-Assist with travel arrangements
-Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
-Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
-Fluency in English is a must
-Proficiency in MS Office programs
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
-Excellent communication skills
-Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
