A leading retail company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. We are looking for an Indian candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and be able to create visually appealing displays that drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with buyers to plan and develop merchandising strategies
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products and drive sales
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and replenished
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock orders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and sales
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Train and mentor junior merchandising staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Must be flexible with working hours as per business needs
