Indian Sales Manager in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are currently hiring an Indian Sales Manager for our company in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities in the company. Your primary goal is to increase company revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage the sales team and provide training and guidance to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time contract with visa sponsorship provided.
Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation will be provided.
