Farmer - Agricultural Worker


We are currently hiring a Farmer - Agricultural Worker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a farmer, you will be responsible for cultivating and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining the overall health and productivity of our farm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops such as fruits, vegetables, and grains
- Use farming equipment and machinery to plow fields, sow seeds, and harvest crops
- Monitor crop health and take appropriate actions to prevent disease or pest infestations
- Irrigate fields as needed to ensure proper moisture levels for optimal crop growth
- Maintain a clean and organized farm environment
- Keep detailed records of crop production, expenses, and sales
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new farming techniques or technologies

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a farm or in agriculture preferred
- Knowledge of different types of crops and their growth requirements
- Ability to operate farming equipment and machinery safely
- Physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Must be able to obtain necessary visas and travel documents for Abu Dhabi

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1600$. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and airfare tickets for Pakistani candidates.
