Entry-Level Barista


We are a bustling coffee shop located in the vibrant city of Manama, seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation according to company standards
- Take customer orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations and dining areas
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we provide training on site
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.

Salary: Starting at $1400 per month

Location: Manama, Bahrain
