We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and authentic Indian dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff. Responsibilities will include menu planning, food cost control, inventory management, and ensuring high quality standards in food preparation and presentation. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel, fluency in English is preferred but not required.
