Executive Chef
We are a luxury hotel in the vibrant city of El-Ain, seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menu offerings that reflect local flavors and ingredients
- Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high quality food production
- Monitor food inventory and maintain cost control measures
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and menus
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source high quality ingredients
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Proven track record of creating innovative and successful menus
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: El-Ain, Egypt (accommodation not provided)
