Land Surveyor

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas, boundaries, and features for construction, engineering, or other purposes. This role requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in using surveying equipment and software. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is located in Medina and offers a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze data and create detailed maps, drawings, and reports
- Utilize CAD software to draft plans and designs
- Ensure accuracy of survey measurements by following established procedures
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects or complex surveys
- Keep detailed records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on construction or engineering projects
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
