Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Doha. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This is a contract position suitable for men with their own visa. Salary is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
- Supervise and lead construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, schedules, and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Manage project budgets and make cost-saving decisions when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret technical specifications
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and project management software
