Construction Manager


We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Al-Rayyan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. This role requires someone with experience in the construction industry and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensure they are followed and make adjustments as needed
- Manage budget and ensure project stays within financial constraints
- Supervise all on-site activities including scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders including clients, management, and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
