Job Title: Construction Manager (Malayalees and Egyptians preferred) - Contract Position


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Rayyan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and direct the construction process from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, schedules and resources effectively
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic is preferred
- Own visa is required
