Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Salalah. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other support staff.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Create schedules for employees based on business needs.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the head chef to design new menus or make changes to existing ones.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
