Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service, and increasing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and increase customer base
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
Preference:
This job is open to Egyptian nationals who have at least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager. English speaking skills are required for this position.
