We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Isa Town. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and overall quality control. You will also be responsible for managing and leading our kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal availability, customer feedback, and industry trends
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary ingredients
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on food quality or taste
- Manage budgeting, ordering, and stock control for the kitchen department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining classic menu items
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
