Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Your main duties will include creating project plans and timelines, identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise, and ensuring that all relevant safety regulations are being followed. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing regular progress reports to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. You should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working with contractors and suppliers is also highly desirable.

This is a full-time position based in Ajman with a salary of 1000$. We welcome applications from Indian or Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
