Sales Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets and objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve their performance
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry changes
- Prepare sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the same industry (preferably in Bahrain)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
