We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Plan menus and oversee food preparation to ensure consistent quality and timely service
- Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and waste to control expenses and maximize profits
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Enforce health codes and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Address customer complaints promptly and strive to resolve issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control measures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid UAE residence visa
