Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and culture, strong leadership skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Create new menu items and collaborate with chefs to ensure high-quality dishes are served
- Train staff on company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through social media platforms and other marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid UAE work visa

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi (candidates from India preferred)
