Part-Time Carpenter
Location: Salalah, Oman



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Salalah on a part-time basis. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is an urgent position that requires someone with a biometric passport for immediate employment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, marking gauges, pencils or chalk
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, planes, or sanders
- Join materials together using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install cabinets, shelves, counters and other wooden structures according to specifications
- Repair or replace damaged furniture or building frameworks
- Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws and drills

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good understanding of safety practices in a construction setting
- Own basic tools such as hammers, saws etc.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport for immediate employment

We offer competitive pay of 1300$ per month for this part-time position. Accommodation will also be provided.
