Construction Project Manager



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects in the city of El-Ain. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and up to the required standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, taking necessary corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
- Review and approve contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in El-Ain. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in the city or willing to relocate.

Note:
This position is open only for Indian nationals. Candidates must have their own visa sponsorship as we do not provide visa assistance. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
