A reputable construction company in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee various projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and be well-versed in all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. You should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage a team effectively and problem-solve on-site issues efficiently. The role also requires strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated understanding of construction regulations and safety protocols.
