Sales Manager - Sharjah, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
