Crane Operator



We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes on construction sites. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator and possess the necessary certifications to operate different types of cranes safely.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maneuver cranes by using hand signals or radio communication
- Lift, move, and position materials and equipment according to project needs
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and maintenance performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator in construction or related field
- Valid crane operator certification(s) from an accredited organization
- Strong knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and load charts
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Must be able to follow safety protocols at all times

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
- Fluency in English (spoken) with basic understanding of Arabic language preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. This is a contract job with the possibility for extension based on performance.
