Experienced Barista

Our busy coffee shop in Doha is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in making a variety of coffee drinks
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards for each drink
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our products or menu items
- Memorize menu items to assist customers with their orders
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure the well-being of both employees and customers
- Restock inventory as needed throughout the day
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Salary: $1100 per month
