Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Only)
We are a leading company in the sales industry and we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance
- Train and coach the sales team on effective selling techniques
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must due to our target market
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry (minimum 3 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
