Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of chemistry principles and chemical processes
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing chemical processes and equipment
- Conducting research to improve existing processes or develop new ones
- Performing process simulations to determine optimal operating conditions
- Developing cost-effective solutions to technical problems
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for project execution
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during production
